Renowned for his remarkable foresight, Mr. Sisir Kumar has become a foremost resolution professional by focusing on the SARFESI Act. His influence extends to the legislative arena, where his suggestions played a pivotal role in shaping parliamentary amendments to the SARFESI Act. With over 25 years of experience, 15 of which have been dedicated to SARFESI implementation, Mr. Kumar excels in bringing investors to the table across various sectors.

Having successfully resolved around 11,200 cases, his expertise spans corporate debt restructuring under the CDR umbrella and NPA restructuring for individual banks. As the Promoter-Director of an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) focusing on small and medium-sized businesses, Mr. Kumar showcases his strategic brilliance.
