Mr. Jagadeesh Kumar Morri, a seasoned professional with a dual expertise as a Chartered Accountant and a law graduate. With a wealth of experience, he has led teams of Chartered Accountants and Finance Professionals at D&B, specializing in credit and risk assessment. His mastery in analysing financial statements, honed through the evaluation of over 200 companies during his tenure at D&B, positions him as an expert in breaking down balance sheets to fundamentals—a skill crucial in the fields of securitization and insolvency practice.

In a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Morri, alongside two partners, established JRS & Associates. With 17 years of practice, he has cultivated expertise in Direct and Indirect taxes, earning a reputation as the go-to professional for any direct tax-related matters. His extensive association with the banking sector, coupled with involvement in Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), has broadened his perspective on critical aspects such as SARFESI and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

As the first Insolvency Professional from Andhra Pradesh State, Mr. Morri brings a comprehensive understanding of insolvency and related matters to the forefront. His adept management of 10 cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 attests to his proficiency in navigating the complexities of insolvency proceedings.
